Our first stop on our second day of excursion around the island was at Jameos del Agua.

Blind crabs are tiny and albino. I threw myself about 10 minutes staring at them to end up reaching a great reflection: “They are not real, they are sculpted. This Manrique was a genius. Fuck, what a job! Because there are so many! ” Proud of my discovery I read the informative pamphlet to see what it said about those crabs so well represented ... in detail we go. Yes, you guessed it: they were real. Even scientists have not come to know how these representatives of this unusual species have ended up inhabiting this place when they have only been found in the dark abysses of the deep abyssal pits.

There is a small side rocky corridor that crosses the lagoon and takes you to the "Jameo Chico" where you also find some tables among the colorful vegetation. From there, other stairs go up to a tropical decorated pool halfway between the lagoon and the House of Volcanoes.
