This is a step that many hotels for now refuse to take for fear of negative comments they may receive through the user community that makes up TripAdvisor.
For now, Accor - which has among others the Ibis and Novotel chains - indicates that it is a pilot test and has not yet officially announced it but in some of its hotels you can already see the integration of TripAdvisor comments regarding the hotel specific.
On one side of the page we can see the rating that the hotel receives by TripAdvisor users and by clicking on it we can read the comments - good, bad and of all kinds - about the experience that other clients have had in that hotel.
It is a brave and risky step and I don't think all hotels are willing to perform. Anyway, I am sure that if the hotelier does his job well he will have nothing to fear.
